Applications are invited from ICAR-National Research Centre for Orchids (NRCO), Pakyong, Sikkim for the recruitment of (02) posts of Young Professional-II, (05) five posts of Young Professional-I and Project Assistant (01) Vacancy purely on temporary basis. 1. Post Name: Young Professional-II (Account)
No. of vacancy: 01 (One)
Essential Qualification:
B.Com/BBA/BBS (With minimum 60 % marks) from a recognized University/College and CA (inter)/ICWA (inter)/CS (inter) (With minimum one year of experience in relevant field).
OR
B.Com/BBA/BBS (With minimum 60 % marks) from a recognized University/College and MBA (Finance) or equivalent (with minimum 60 % marks) from a recognized institution (with a minimum one year of experience in a relevant field).
Experience: Knowledge of IT applications, virtual meeting platforms and computer skills (MS word' Excel', PowerPoint, Tally, etc.) will be added advantage.
Emolument: Rs. 35,000/- per month
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years Relaxation in age as GOI rules.
2. Post Name: Young Professional-II (Plant Breeding)
No. of vacancy: 01 (One)
Essential Qualification: Postgraduates in Agricultural Sciences (Plant Breeding/Plant Biotechnology/Plant Physiology)/related subjects in Life Sciences.
Desirable Qualification: Expertise in given relevant subject i.e., Molecular biology, tissue culture etc.
Emolument: Rs. 35,000/- per month
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years Relaxation in age as GOI rules.
3. Post Name: Young Professional-I
No. of vacancies: 05 (Five)
Essential Qualification: Graduate in Agriculture or diploma holders in Agricultural Science/ engineering/technology.
Desirable qualification: Working experience of one year in the field of Horticultural crops.
Emolument: Rs. 25,000/- per month
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years Relaxation in age as GOI rules.
4. Post Name: Project Assistant
No. of vacancy: 01 (One)
Essential Qualification: B.A (Sociology)/B.A (Rural Development)/B.Sc. (Agriculture/ Horticulture) With work experience in social studies and fluency in Local Language
Emolument: Rs. 15,000/- per month
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years Relaxation in age as GOI rules.
