Applications are invited from the Executive Engineer (PHE) cum Member Secretary DWSM, Guwahati, Assam for the recruitment of 9 District Co-ordinator, Technical Officer, Assistant Chemist, Laboratory Asstt vacancy on contract basis for a period of 11 months. PHE Assam Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
1. District Coordinator - IMIS
No. of Post: 2
Vacancy Position:
- Guwahati PHE Division No. I: 1 Post
- Rangia Division: 1 Post
Date & Time of Walk-in-Interview: 03.04.2023 (10 AM-12 Noon)
Reporting Time: upto 9 AM
Educational Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in Computer Science / Engineering or MCA, M.SC(IT), DOEACC- B level from a recognized university/ institution.
Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in Relevant field.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 yrs and Maximum 40 yrs as on 1.3.23
Remuneration/ Month: 32,000.00 (Fixed)
2. District Coordinator - FM
No. of Post: 1
Vacancy Position:
- Rangia Division: 1 Post
Date & Time of Walk-in-Interview: 03.04.2023 (10 AM-12 Noon)
Reporting Time: upto 9 AM
Educational Qualification: 2 years Full Time M.Com in Accountancy / Finance or MBA(Finance) from recognized University/ Institution
Experience: Minimum 2 (Two) years’ experience in Financial Management activities with proficient level of PFMS activities
Age Limit: Minimum 21 yrs and Maximum 40 yrs as on 1.3.23.
Remuneration/ Month: 32,000.00 (Fixed)
3. Technical Officer - (TO-II)

Vacancy Position:
- Guwahati PHE Division No. I: 3 Posts
Date & Time of Walk-in-Interview: 03.04.2023 (1 PM-3 PM)
Reporting Time: upto 12 Noon
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institution with minimum 65% marks
Qualification & Experience :
- 1 yr of experience in rural development works related to supervision in construction is desirable.
- Relevant knowledge in areas of community driven in rural development projects
- Computer knowledge in MS Office/ OS and Internet
Age Limit: Not more than 35 yrs as on 1st March 2023
Remuneration/ Month: 25,000.00 (Fixed)
4. Asstt Chemist for Hajo SDLL
No. of Post: 1
Vacancy Position:
- Guwahati PHE Division No. I: 1 Post
Date & Time of Walk-in-Interview: 03.04.2023 (1 PM-2 PM)
Reporting Time: upto 12 Noon
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor of Science degree with Chemistry as one of the subject from a recognized university/ institution.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 yrs and Maximum 40 yrs as on 01.03.23. The upper age limit is relaxable as follows
- a) 5 years for SC/ST candidates
- b) 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates
Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in Relevant field
Computer Skill: candidates must be well versed with computer operation and application
Remuneration/ Month: 21,500.00 (Fixed)
5. Laboratory Asstt Chemist for Hajo SDLL & Boko SDLL

Reporting Time: upto 2 PM
Educational Qualification: Minimum Higher Secondary or 10+2 in Science stream with Chemistry as one of the subject from a recognized Board/ university/ institution.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 yrs and Maximum 38 yrs as on 01.03.23
- a. 5 years for SC/ST candidates
- b. 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates
Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in Relevant field
Remuneration/ Month: 15,000.00 (Fixed)

The candidates having the requisite qualification as mentioned above must appear in walk-in-interview with original documents of his/her proof of educational qualification, Age, Experience certificates and two sets of self attested Xerox copies of the same along will the following credentials-
- 2 (Two) passport size colour passport photograph with signature of the candidate on the reverse side of the photograph
- Proof of age : Birth certificate
- Caste certificate (wherever applicable)
- Experience certificate (if any)
