Essential Qualification: Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

Salary:
- Training Period Compensation: Basic Pay of ₹40,000 plus IDA, HRA, and perks
- On Regularization: Designation as Officer in E-2 level with pay scale of ₹50,000 - ₹1,60,000 (IDA)
- Approximate CTC: ₹11 lakhs during training; ₹22.5 lakhs after regularization
- Service Bond: Required (₹5 lakhs for General/OBC/EWS; ₹2.5 lakhs for SC/ST/PwBD)
Age Limit:
Maximum 28 years as on November 5, 2025 (Age relaxation applicable for OBC/SC/ST/PwBD categories)
Application Fee:
Non-refundable Rs. 500/-, wherever applicable. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
Selection Process:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): Includes Professional Knowledge and Executive Aptitude Test
- Group Discussion & Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates
- Final selection based on 85% weightage for CBT, 3% for GD, and 12% for Interview
