Duration: The total duration of training will be of one year (i.e., 12 months) from the date of contract. The one-year training will include 2 weeks’ Basic Training and 50 weeks’ On-the-Job Training.
Stipend:
- Rural / Semi-Urban / Urban: Rs. 12,300/-
- Metro: Rs. 15,000/-
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 20 and 28 years as of January 1, 2026. This means you should have been born between January 2, 1998, and January 1, 2006.
Educational Qualification: You must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university, college, or institute approved by UGC, AICTE, or other government bodies. Your degree result should have been declared on or before December 31, 2025. For NATS candidates, graduation should not be more than four years old from the cutoff date.
Language Proficiency: Since you'll be serving customers in various regions, proficiency in the local language of your chosen state is mandatory. This includes reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the language.

- GEN/OBC/EWS (Female): Rs. 708/-
