The Assam Health Infrastructure Development and Management Society (AHIDMS), under the Medical Education & Research Department, Government of Assam, is recruiting for the position of AFS, Accounts Assistant & Assistant Engineer on a purely contractual basis.

1. Assistant Finance Specialist (AFS)
Number of Posts: 1
Place of Posting: PIU, Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- B.Com from a recognized university. Must possess a minimum 6-month certificate/diploma in Computer Application.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting/financial management for large-scale projects or centrally sponsored schemes. Must have working experience with the Public Financial Management System (PFMS) and state government procedures.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, Dashboard tools, and knowledge of Assamese, English & Hindi.
2. Accounts Assistant
Number of Posts: 1
Place of Posting: PMU, Guwahati
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in Commerce from a recognized Institute/University.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in budgeting, financial management, accounts, and audit in Government/PSU. Experience with Tally software and knowledge of Government Accounting, Income Tax, and GST is required. nce with the Public Financial Management System (PFMS) and state government procedures.
Skills: Must be computer literate (MS-Office, Internet). Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
3. Assistant Engineer
Number of Posts: 1
Place of Posting: PIU, PWD (Building & NH Department), Assam
Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹70,000 per month.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Graduated in Civil Engineering from an AICTE-approved institute.
- Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in project management of building construction and urban infrastructure. Experience in health infrastructure or externally aided projects is preferred.
Skills: Must be computer literate and well-versed in MS-Office/AutoCAD. Knowledge of project management software (Primavera, MS-Project) is an advantage.
