1. Assistant Professor (Biotechnology)

No. of Posts: 01

Salary: Level-12 pay with a basic salary of Rs. 78,800 per month.

Essential Qualifications: Ph.D. in Biotechnology / Bioscience & Bioengineering / Life Sciences / Biomedical Sciences with first class or equivalent grade in the preceding degree (M.Pharm / MS / M.Tech / M.Sc.) in relevant discipline, excellent academic record throughout, and minimum 5 years of teaching/research/industrial experience with high-quality publications.

2. Assistant Professor (Medical Devices)

No. of Posts: 02

Salary: Level-12 pay with a basic salary of Rs. 78,800 per month.

Essential Qualifications: Ph.D. with first class in M.Sc/M.Pharm/M.S.Pharm/B.Tech/M.Tech in Bioengineering/Biomedical/Mechanical/Electronics or related branch. Minimum 5 years of teaching/research/industrial experience (excluding Ph.D. period).

3. Assistant Professor (Medical Devices)

No. of Posts: 01

Salary: Level-10 pay with a basic salary of Rs. 56,100 per month.

Essential Qualifications: MBBS degree as per the schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, and registration with the State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register.

Age Limit:

• 40 Years

Age Relaxation:

• OBC: 3 Years (Reserved posts only)
• SC/ST: 5 Years (Reserved posts only)
• PwBD: 10-15 Years (as per category)
• Ex-Servicemen: As per GoI rules
• Departmental Candidates (DoP/NIPERs): Up to 5 years relaxation
