Samagra Shiksha, Karimganj has recently announced an employment notification for the recruitment of Various Teacher Positions.

The Samagra Shiksha, Karimganj has invited applications from eligible and intending candidates for the recruitment of 08 Teachers Vacancies for engagement in the KASTURBA GANDHI BALIKA VIDYALAYA (KGBV-III), Lowairpoa – Residential School for Girls at Karimganj District under Patherkandi Block.

The engagement will be on a purely contractual basis for 11 (eleven) 11-month period. As the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV-III), Lowairpoa are Sr. Secondary Level (Class VI to XII) only Girls Students Residential School, it is mandatory for the all following Full Time Asstt. Teachers will have to reside in the School cum Hostel campus on working days and during holidays.

1. Full-Time Asstt. Teacher (Math Chemistry/ Physics)

Qualification & Experience:

Essential: Master's Degree in (MathlChemistry/Physics) with B.Ed and Higher Secondary TET qualified.

Preference: Experience in UP/HS/HSS level On the nan-availability of TET-qualified candidate

Essential: Master's Degree in (Math/Chemistry/Physics) with B.Ed

Preference: Experience in Teaching UP/HS/HSS level.

Salary: 22000.00/- per month for TET Qualified and Rs. 20000.00/- per month for Non-TET.

2. Full-Time Asstt. Teacher (Botany/ Zoology)

Qualification & Experience:

Essential: Master's Degree In (Botany/&ogy) With B.Ed and Higher Secondary TET

Other Eligibility for Samagra Siksha Karimganj Recruitment

Age Limit: The candidates must not be more than 45 years old age as on 1st January 2023. Relaxation of the upper age limit will be applicable for SC, ST (P), ST (H), and PH candidates for another 5 years as per Govt. of Assam OM No.ABP.06/2016//04 dtd. 03.03.2016.

During engagement of teacher (SL.No 1-7): First preference will be given to the candidates qualified in Higher Secondary TET and having B.Ed. On non-availability of Higher Secondary TET candidates having B.Ed will be selected but the selected candidate must qualify for Higher Secondary TET within 3 consecutive TET examinations. In both categories, preference would be given to those who have teaching experience.

• One candidate can apply for one post only.
• Application in plain paper stating (i) Name of Applicant (ii) Permanent Address (iii) 2023 (vi) Educational qualification (vii) Working Experience along with one attested copy of passport size recent photo and attested copies of all certificates / Testimonials relating to Educational Qualification, experience, etc. should be submitted to the Office of the District Mission Coordinator SSA, Karimganj, Near Central School, Nilmoni Road, Karimganj latest by 16th November 2023. The name of the post applied should be clearly mentioned on the top of the envelope.
• The applicant must have passed HSLC or equivalent examination with Bengali language as one of the subjects or have a Diploma in Bengali issued by the Barak Upatyaka Banga Sahitya O Sanskriti Sammelan or read up to HSLC level in Bengali medium school.

A list of shortlisted candidates will be circulated on the Notice Board at the District Mission Office, SSA, Karimganj on 20th November 2023. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear in the interview cum verification with all original testimonials. The date, Time, and venue of the interview will be given on the Notice board of the Office of the DMC, Nilmoni Road, Karimganj in due course of time.
