1. General Manager (Production)
No. of posts: 01
Qualification & Experience: Full-time B.E/B.Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering with 20 years of post-qualification relevant executive experience in the Chemical Industry, including 8 years at a Senior Managerial level, with proven knowledge of modern technological developments in the Chemical Industry.
Salary: Rs.5130 0-3o/o 73,000/- minimum gross pay : Rs.1,86, 000/- approx

2. Deputy General Manager (Maintenance)

Qualification & Experience: Full-time B.E/B.Tech Degree in Mechanical/ Instrumentation/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering with 16 years post qualification relevant executive experience in Chemical Industry in PSU/ large Private Sector Industry, out of which 05 years should be at a Senior Managerial level with proven knowledge of the modern technological industry. Preference will be given to candidates having in-line experience in the Ammonia–Urea complex.
Salary: Rs.. 43,200-3%-66,000/-minimumgrosssalaryRs.1,63,000/-approx.

3. Deputy General Manager (MM) / Chief Manager (MM)

Qualification & Experience: Full-time Degree in Engineering or MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in Materials Management with minimum 16 / 14 years post qualification relevant executive experience, out of which at least 05 / 04 years should be at Senior Management executive experience in line in a PSU/Large private sector industry in Materials Management. Preference will be given to candidates having in-line experience in Import Business in Fertilizer/ Chemical Industries.
Salary: Rs.43,20 0-3%- 66,000/- minimum gross salary Rs.1,63, 000/- approx Rs.36,60 0-3%- 62 000/-
Age Limit: 52/53 Years
4. Deputy General Manager (Marketing)

Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture or MBA with specialization in Marketing with minimum 16 years post qualification experience in the line in PSU/large Private Sector Chemical Industry, out of which at least 5 years should be at Senior Management level with proven knowledge of modern technological developments in Chemical Industry. The candidates require an aggressive, well-motivated person with a proven record in organizing the Marketing of agricultural inputs, preferably fertilizer, on an Indian basis.
Salary: Rs 43,200-3%-66,000/-minimum gross salary Rs 1,63,000/-approx.

5. Deputy General Manager (Instt.) / Chief Manager (Instt.)

Qualification & Experience: Full-time B.E./B.Tech. Degree in instrumentation /Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Comm./ Electronics & Telecommunication with minimum 16 / 14 years post qualification relevant out of which at least 05/ 04 years should be at Senior Management level experience in line in a PSU/ Large Private Sector with proven knowledge of modern technological developments in instrumentation. Preference will be given to candidates having in-line experience in Fertilizers/Chemicals.
