Educational Qualification:
For General/EWS Candidates: First-class degree or minimum 60 percent marks in the qualifying engineering degree from AICTE-approved institutions.
For SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD Candidates: Minimum 50 percent marks in the qualifying degree when applying for reserved posts. Against unreserved posts, they need 60 percent marks.
The degree must be recognized by AICTE from a university incorporated by Central or State legislature, or institutions established by Parliament, or deemed universities under UGC Act 1956. Sections A and B examination of Institution of Engineers (India), treated as equivalent to degree by Government of India and recognized by AICTE, are also acceptable.
Experience Requirement: All positions require minimum two years of post-qualification work experience in the relevant discipline. The period of training (except on-the-job training), internship, teaching, academic work, fellowship, or PhD research will NOT be counted as experience.
Age Limit:
40 years as on December 25, 2025 (the last date of application submission).
Age Relaxations: Upper age limit relaxation for OBC-NCL, SC, and ST candidates will be provided against reserved posts as per government orders. Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) with not less than 40 percent relevant disability get 10 years of age relaxation.
The age, experience, and all eligibility criteria are reckoned as on the last date of application submission (cut-off date: December 25, 2025).

- General/OBC Candidates: Rs. 600 plus applicable taxes
- EWS/SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: Rs. 300 plus applicable taxes
