Post Name: Deputy General Manager (Mechanical) – Bulk Material Handling Expert

Age Limit: 50 years.
Pay Scale: Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Candidates must possess a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines such as Production, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Railways, or Automobile Engineering from a recognized university or institution approved by AICTE. Sections A & B of the Institution of Engineers (India) are also acceptable.
- General and EWS candidates must have a minimum 60% marks, while SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD candidates require at least 50% marks.
- Applicants should have a minimum of 9 years of post-qualification experience in designing and optimizing bulk material handling systems. The candidate must have hands-on expertise in conveyors, stackers, reclaimers, ship loaders/unloaders, silos, wagon tipplers, and rapid loading systems. Experience in project lifecycle management, cost estimation, CAPEX/OPEX analysis, and optimization studies is essential.
- Training, internship, teaching, or academic research experience will not be counted.
Age Relaxations:
- SC/ST: 05 years.
- OBC/NCL: 03 years.
- PwBD: 10 years.
Selection Process:
Selection will be based on Document Scrutiny followed by an interview. The interview will carry 100% weightage, including technical proficiency and personality assessment. Candidates must score a minimum qualifying mark in the interview to be considered for final selection. Final appointment is subject to medical fitness as per RITES standards.

- UR/EWS Candidates: Rs. 600 plus applicable taxes
- SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: Fee will be refunded after participation in the selection process, as per rules.
