- Class 10 pass + 2-year ITI certificate in:

- Electronics
- Computer Operator & Programming
- Data Entry Operator
- General Electronics
OR -
12th pass (Science stream) with Physics, Chemistry, Math and 60%+ in PCM
2. Head Constable (Radio Mechanic)
- Class 10 pass + 2-year ITI certificate in any of these:
- Radio & TV | Electronics | Electrician | Fitter
- Computer Hardware | Network Technician | Data Entry
- IT & Electronics Maintenance | Mechatronics
- Communication Equipment Maintenance
OR -
12th pass (Science) with 60%+ in PCM
