1. Dean, SBIL Kolkata
No of Posts: 01
Age Limite: 35-55 years.
Salary: Rs. 35 lacs to 60 lacs (Per Annum)
Education Qualification & Experience: MBA/Executive MBA (55%+, min 2 years) or PhD from top institutions, preferably in Banking & Finance with executive teaching experience, plus 10 years total experience including 3+ years as Dean/Head/Director in BFSI/Leadership/Behavioral Science at reputable institutions.
2. External Faculty, SBIL Kolkata
No of Posts: 03
Age Limite: 30-55 years.
Salary: Rs. 25 lacs to 50 lacs (Per Annum)
Education Qualification & Experience: Postgraduate (55% min) and MBA (55%, preferably in HR/Finance) candidates with at least 3 years experience in executive education, with a Ph.D. being a bonus.
3. Marketing Executive, SBIL Kolkata
No of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 28-40 years.
Salary: Rs. 25 lacs to 40 lacs (Per Annum)
Education Qualification & Experience: MBA in Marketing (55% minimum) with at least 3 years experience, ideally including both physical and virtual marketing of executive education programs.
