Eligibility Criteria & Experience:
Candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before applying. This includes educational qualifications, work experience, and specific skills relevant to each role. For example, the role of Deputy Vice President (IT-Architect) requires a BE/BTech in Computer Science or related fields, with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in IT, BFSI, or a similar environment. Additionally, preferred certifications like TOGAF/Zachman will give candidates an edge.
Selection Process:
The selection will be based on shortlisting and interviews. The shortlisting committee will evaluate candidates based on their qualifications and experience. Those shortlisted will be called for an interview, where their CTC will also be negotiated.
Contract Details:
The initial contract period is for three years, with a possibility of extension for an additional two years. The contract can be terminated by either party with one month’s notice.
