1. Head of the Department (HOD) - Education
No of Posts: 01
Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Science/Math/Social Science/Commerce/Languages + M.Ed. + Ph.D. in Education.
Experience: 10 years (for Professor) or 8 years (for Associate Professor) in a teacher education institution.
Desirable: Diploma/Degree in Educational Administration.
2. Assistant Professor - Liberal Discipline & Pedagogy

Subject: Mathematics: 1, Physics: 1, Chemistry: 1, Zoology/Life Science/Bio Science: 1, Botany/Life Sciences: 1, History: 1, Geography: 1, Political Science: 1, Economics: 1, MIL-Science: 1, Communicative Skill in English: 1, Communicative Skill in MIL/Classical Language: 1
Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Mathematics (55% min) + B.Ed. (55% min).
Mandatory: NET/SET or Ph.D. as per UGC norms.
Desirable: M.Ed. (Elementary Ed. specialization) or Ph.D. in Education.
3. Assistant Professor - Educational Studies

Qualifications: M.Ed. (55% min).
Mandatory: NET/SET in Education or Ph.D. as per UGC norms.
Desirable: Master’s in Psychology, Philosophy, Sociology, or allied subjects.
4. Part-Time Assistant Professors

- Health & Physical Education (01): M.P.Ed (55% min).
- Art Education (01): Postgraduate degree in Performing/Visual Arts (55% min).
5. Part-Time Career Counsellor

Qualifications: Must be an Assistant Professor in Education with Guidance & Counselling as a paper in M.Ed., or have an appropriate qualification in counselling.
