Educational Qualification:
- Three (3) years full time Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical / Production / Metallurgical from any institute, recognized by AICTE or UGC.
- Diploma holders in above discipline from R D Tata Technical Education Centre, Jamshedpur, and J N
- Tata Technical Education Centre, Gopalpur and Tata Steel Technical Institute, Burmamines are also eligible to apply.
- Candidates with Part Time/Correspondence/Distance Learning will not be eligible.
Mandatory Experience: Minimumthree (3) years of relevant work experience, preferably in an Steel Manufacturing plant/Electric Arc
furnace plant as on 1st May 2025 after acquiring diploma certificate.
Age Limit:
- Should have been born on or after, 1st May 1993 for General candidates.
- Should have been born on or after, 1st May 1990 for Female/ SC/ ST/ Transgender/PwD candidates.
Emoluments: The selected candidates will be provisionally placed at Ludhiana at starting Basic Salary of Rs. 13,500/- pm with CTC of Rs. 5.06 LPA and will be designated as Jr Engineer, I (NL-D grade). The other emoluments and benefits will be as per Company’s rule applicable to this grade. Candidates possessing 4 years or more of relevant experience will be additionally compensated as per norms.
Domicile: Candidates pan India are eligible to apply, but preference will be given to those from Punjab.
