Available Job Positions:
SECI is recruiting for a total of 22 vacancies across various roles. The positions include:
- Additional General Manager (Project) – 1 post
- Deputy General Manager (Business Development) – 1 post
- Manager (EMD) – 1 post
- Manager (Carbon Trading) – 1 post
- Deputy Manager (Engineering) – Multiple posts in PMC, Wind, BESS, and Civil disciplines.
- Deputy Manager (Project Management) – 1 post
- Deputy Manager (Business Development) – 4 posts
- Senior Engineer (Project) – 5 posts
- Junior Foreman/Supervisor – Posts for Civil and Electrical streams.
Educational Qualification:
Most executive positions require a B.Tech or B.E. in streams like Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Solar, Renewable Energy, or Power Systems. Supervisory roles require a Degree or Diploma in the relevant engineering field.
Work Experience: Candidates need relevant post-qualification experience, which varies for each role. The required experience ranges from 1 year for Senior Engineers to 16 years for the Additional General Manager position.
Salary of SECI Recruitment:
- Additional General Manager (E-7 Grade): The pay scale is ₹1,00,000 - ₹2,60,000 per month.
- Deputy General Manager (E-6 Grade): The pay scale is ₹90,000 - ₹2,40,000 per month.
- Manager (E-4 Grade): The pay scale is ₹70,000 - ₹2,00,000 per month.
- Deputy Manager (E-3 Grade): The pay scale is ₹60,000 - ₹1,80,000 per month.
- Senior Engineer (E-2 Grade): The pay scale is ₹50,000 - ₹1,60,000 per month.
- Supervisory Cadre - Junior Foreman/Supervisor (S-1 Grade): The pay scale is ₹22,000 - ₹80,000 per month.
Age Limit:
The maximum age limit varies by post, ranging from 28 years to 48 years as of the application closing date. Age relaxation is applicable for candidates from SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS, and PwBD categories as per Government of India rules.
Application Fee:
- For Executive positions, the fee is Rs. 1,000.
- For Supervisory positions, the fee is Rs. 600.
- Important: SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-serviceman candidates are exempt from paying the fee.
