1. Senior Manager (Technical)

Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000 (E4)
2. Deputy General Manager (Technical)
No of Posts: 15 posts
Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000 (E5)
3. General Manager (Technical)
No of Posts: 7 posts
Salary: ₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000 (E6)
4. Senior General Manager (Technical)

Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000 (E7)
Posts are spread across NHIDCL’s operational zones, including North Eastern States, West Bengal, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand, with possible deployment anywhere in India or abroad.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university or institute.
- Senior Manager: Minimum 6 years in highway/road/bridge/tunnel/building projects
- Deputy General Manager: Minimum 9 years
- General Manager: Minimum 13 years
- Senior General Manager: Minimum 16 years
Age Limit:
- Senior Manager: Max 38 years
- Deputy General Manager: Max 41 years
- General Manager: Max 44 years
- Senior General Manager: Max 48 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: +5 years
- OBC (NCL): +3 years
- PwBD: Up to 10–15 years (depending on category)
- Ex-Servicemen: As per government rules
Selection Process for NHIDCL 2026 Jobs:
Stage 1: Eligibility Test – MCQ-based screening on general awareness, aptitude, and analytical ability
(Exempted for candidates with 5+ years in NHIDCL)
Stage 2:
- Domain-specific written test in civil engineering & infrastructure
- Personal Interview by a selection committee
Final selection will be based on combined performance in both stages and compliance with NHIDCL Cadre Rules, 2025.
