1. Supervisor
No of Posts: 5
Monthly Salary: ₹30,000
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in History, Archaeology, Anthropology, Sanskrit, Assamese, Geography, Museology, or allied subjects with 3+ years of experience in field research or cultural projects. Master’s degree preferred.
Age Limit: 35–60 years
2. Documentation & Conservation Expert
No of Posts: 5
Monthly Salary: ₹25,000
Qualification: Master’s degree in History, Sanskrit, Archaeology, Library Science, Museology, Archival Studies, Art History, or Chemistry with 3+ years of experience in manuscript documentation. The ability to read old Assamese, Sanskrit, or Tai scripts is required.
Age Limit: 35–55 years
3. Field Investigator
No of Posts: 40
Monthly Salary: ₹20,000
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in History, Sanskrit, Assamese, Anthropology, Archaeology, Folklore, or related fields. Fieldwork experience is preferred. Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas is essential.
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
4. Photographer
No of Posts: 2
Monthly Salary: ₹20,000
Qualification: Degree or diploma in Photography, Videography, Media Production, or Visual Communication with 2+ years of experience. Proficiency in DSLR, lighting, audio, and editing software like Adobe Lightroom/Premiere Pro is required.
Age Limit: Up to 40 years
5. Assistant Conservator/Preservator
No of Posts: 2
Monthly Salary: ₹30,000
Qualification: Master’s or Diploma in Conservation, Preservation, Museology, Heritage Studies, Chemistry, or Library Science with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in conserving manuscripts or artworks. Experience with palm-leaf or sanchi-pat manuscripts is preferred.
Age Limit: Up to 40 years
