Educational Qualification:
✅Full-time B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical) with:
- 65% or above for UR/EWS/OBC (NCL)
- 55% or above for SC/ST/PwBD
✅ Final year students may apply provisionally.
Age Limit:
Maximum age: 30 years as of 22 January 2026.
Age relaxation applicable as per Govt. rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen.
GATE 2025 Requirement:
✅ Only GATE 2025 scores are valid for this recruitment.
✅ Must have appeared in the relevant GATE paper:
- Mechanical: ME
- Electrical: EE
- Chemical: CH
Salary & Benefits:
✅ During Training (1 year):
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
- Starting Basic Pay: ₹40,000
- Additional benefits: DA, accommodation, medical, PRP, superannuation benefits.
✅ After Successful Training:
- Absorption as Assistant Manager (E1 Grade)
- Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 with one additional increment.
Selection Process:
1. Shortlisting based on:
- Minimum percentage in engineering degree
- Valid GATE 2025 score
2. Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates in a 1:10 ratio (discipline & category-wise).
3. Final Selection: 90% weightage to GATE score + 10% to interview performance.
Application Fee:
- UR/OBC/EWS: ₹500
- SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental Candidates: ₹100
- Payment via SBI Collect (online only)
