Role Summary:
This role is about driving local visibility, store footfalls, online enquiries, and future franchise leads. You’ll manage day-to-day digital marketing across social media, Google, and basic performance campaigns, with a clear focus on measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business)
• Plan and post content for offers, store activities, campaigns, and events
• Run and optimize local ads (Meta & Google) for stores and home delivery
• Manage Google Business Profiles for all stores (reviews, updates, photos)
• Coordinate with design vendors for creatives and short videos
• Track basic metrics: reach, leads, enquiries, store walk-ins
• Support franchise marketing: lead forms, landing pages, local promotions
• Work closely with store teams for local marketing execution
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
