Name of Post: Junior Technical Assistant (JTA)
No of Posts: 1
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
Salary: Rs. 25,500/- per month.
Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Science / Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or a related discipline from a recognised University, with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade.
Desirable Experience:
- The candidate should have previous experience in tissue trimming, processing, embedding, sectioning, and staining, preparation of frozen tissue sections, immune histochemical staining media preparation, Handling of Haematology and Biochemical samples/Analyser, Biomedical Waste Management, etc.
- Hands-on experience in laboratory work, including preparation of reagents, buffers, and chemical solutions.
- Experience in handling laboratory animal handling/methodology, maintaining records/ logbooks.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
