1. Registrar
No of Posts: 01
Type of Recruitment: Deputation/Contract Basis
Pay Level: Level 14 – ₹1,44,200 – ₹2,18,200 (as per 7th CPC)
Age Limit: Up to 57 years.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized University/Institute.
- Holding analogous post OR
- 15 years' experience as Assistant Professor (AGP ₹7,000 and above) with 8 years of service in AGP ₹8,000 and above (including as Associate Professor) along with 3 years' experience in educational administration OR
- Comparable experience in research establishments or higher education institutions OR
- 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or equivalent (GP ₹7,600 or above).
Desirable:
- Qualification in Management/Engineering/Law
- Experience in computerized administration/legal/financial/establishment matters
2. Deputy Controller (Finance & Accounts)

Type of Recruitment: Deputation Basis
Pay Level: Level 12 – ₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200 (as per 7th CPC)
Age Limit: Up to 56 years.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- M.Com or MBA (Finance) with at least 55% marks.
- 10 years of experience in handling Finance & Accounts matters, out of which 5 years should be at Level-10 or equivalent, in Central/State Government/Autonomous Bodies/PSUs/Universities/Educational & Research Institutions.
Desirable: CA / CS / ICWA
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwD: 10 years (+ Category), subject to a maximum of 56 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 3 years + Service Period (+ Category), subject to a maximum of 56 years

- SC / ST / EWS: ₹500 + GST (18%) = ₹590
- PwBD / Ex-Servicemen / Female Candidates: Exempted
