1. Junior Executive (Engineering)

No of Posts: 175

Age Limit: 32 years (as on 01.04.2026)

Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000

Educational Qualification & Experience:

Diploma in Engineering (full-time, minimum 3 years) in any of the following disciplines:
  • Mechanical
  • Electrical
  • Instrumentation
  • Electronics
  • Civil
  • Chemical
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience in operations/maintenance in a managerial/supervisory role within India in any of the following:

2. Junior Executive (Accounts)

No of Posts: 25 (indicative)

Age Limit: Minimum 30 years, Maximum 35 years (as on 01.04.2026)

Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000

Educational Qualification & Experience:
  • Graduate in any discipline with minimum 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
  • AND
  • Passed CA Intermediate / CMA Intermediate from CA/CMA institute respectively
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience in finance function
  • Relevant fields: Finance / Accounts / Taxation / Cost Accounting / Auditing (indicative list)
  • Experience obtained after declaration of CA(Inter)/CMA(Inter) result only considered
  • Articleship training / practical training integrated to the curriculum will not be considered as valid experience

3. Junior Executive (Wayside Amenities) – Highway Rest Stops

No of Posts: 10

Age Limit: 32 years (as on 01.04.2026)

Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000

Educational Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / BMS / BHM with minimum 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
  • Diploma/Certification in Retail, Hospitality, or related field is desirable
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience
  • Out of which at least 3 years cumulative experience in any of the following:
  • Facility Management
  • Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
  • Food & Beverage Chains (physical store)
  • Retail Store Operations (Multi-Store brand)
  • Hospitality Management
  • Hotel Management
  • Mall facility management (high-footfall retail environment)

4. Secretary BPCL

Age Limit: 32 years (as on 01.04.2026)

Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000

Educational Qualifications & Experience:
  • Class X with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
  • Class XII with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
  • Bachelor's degree (3-year course) with minimum 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
  • Essential Work Experience (as on 01.04.2026)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as Secretarial Assistant / Secretary or similar roles

5. Associate Executive (Quality Assurance)

No of Posts: 30

Age Limit: 35 years (as on 01.04.2026)

Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000

Educational Qualification & Experience:
  • M.Sc. (Chemistry) with specialization in:
  • Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Physical Chemistry / Inorganic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Polymer Chemistry
  • Minimum 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST/PwBD)
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification relevant work experience in a laboratory in:
  • Petroleum / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Industry OR any chemical industry

6. Associate Executive (Official Language Implementation)

No of Posts: 2

Age Limit: 35 years (as on 01.04.2026)

Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000

Educational Qualification & Experience:
  • Master's degree in Hindi (two-year course) with minimum 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
  • English as a subject in Class XII or Graduation with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience in translation work from English to Hindi and vice-versa
  • Relevant pre-qualification work experience, if any, shall also be considered
  • Fully conversant with implementation of Official Language policy of Government of India

Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST: 5 years.
  • OBC-NCL: 3 years.
  • PwBD: 10 years.
  • Ex-Servicemen: 5 years.
  • Cumulative age relaxation: Maximum 10 years

Application Fees:

  • UR/OBC-NCL/EWS: ₹1,180 (₹1,000 + GST ₹180) + payment gateway charges
  • SC/ST: No fee
