Educational Qualification:
- Junior Fellows (Capacity Building): Post-Graduate in Rural Development, Social Sciences, Social Work, Agriculture, or allied fields, Environmental Science. Minimum 5 years of work experience in training, capacity building, or rural development projects.
- Junior Fellows Works (NRM Convergence): Post-Graduate in Agriculture, Social Sciences, Animal Husbandry, Horticulture and Forestry, Rural Development, Social Work or Economics. Minimum 5 years of work experience in programme convergence, rural planning, or inter-scheme coordination.
- Junior Fellows (Infrastructure): Graduate / Post-Graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or allied disciplines. Minimum 5 years of work experience in rural infrastructure planning, supervision, or implementation
- Junior Fellows (Social Audit): Post-Graduate in Social Work, Sociology, Public Administration, Political Science, Rural Development or allied fields. Minimum 5 years of work experience in social accountability, community mobilization, or governance programs
- Research Associates: Post Graduate degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Economics, Social Work and Rural Development. Minimum 3 years of work experience in Govt. projects.
- Academic Associates (Capacity Building): Post Graduate in Agriculture Economics, Animal Husbandry, Horticulture and Forestry, Social Sciences/Rural Development & Social Work. Minimum 3 years of work experience in Govt. sector
- Academic Associates (Infrastructure): Graduate / Post-Graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or allied disciplines. Minimum 3 years of work experience in rural infrastructure planning, supervision, or implementation
- Academic Associates (Social Audit): Post-Graduate in Social Work, Sociology, Public Administration, Political Science, Rural Development or allied fields. Minimum 3 years of work experience in social accountability, community mobilization, or governance programs.
- Junior Accountant (Finance): Post Graduate in Commerce or finance / Masters in Business Administration (Specialization in Finance) or CA inter. Minimum 3 years of work experience in office administration and accounting
- Senior Accountant cum Administrator (Finance): Post Graduate degree in Finance / Business Administration with specialization in Accounts / Finance / CA inter. Minimum 10 years of work experience in the Government Sector in Office Administration and Accounting
