1. Assistant Manager (Accounts) – Group A

Number of Posts: 1 (SC)

Maximum Age: (as on 19 May 2026): 30 years

Scale of Pay (IDA): ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (E-1 Grade)

Post-Qualification Experience Required: 2 years

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI OR Cost Accountant from ICAI.

Experience Areas: Post-qualification experience in Accounts Department of a PSU or large concern, preferably in Mining & Processing industry, with exposure to Works Accounting, Project Accounting, Treasury Management, and finalization of Accounts. Must have worked in a computerized environment.

2. Additional Manager (Accounts) – Group A

Number of Posts: 1 (OBC-NCL)

Maximum Age: (as on 19 May 2026): 35 years

Scale of Pay (IDA): ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 (E-3 Grade)

Post-Qualification Experience Required: 9 years

Qualification & Experience: Same as Assistant Manager (Accounts) but with higher experience requirement.

3. Manager (Accounts) – Group A

Number of Posts: 1 (OBC-NCL)

Maximum Age: (as on 19 May 2026): 40 years

Scale of Pay (IDA): ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000 (E-4 Grade)

Post-Qualification Experience Required: 12 years

Qualification & Experience: Same as Assistant Manager (Accounts) but with higher experience requirement.

4. Deputy General Manager (Personnel) – Group A

Number of Posts: 1 (UR)

Maximum Age: (as on 19 May 2026): 48 years

Scale of Pay (IDA): ₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000 (E-6 Grade)

Post-Qualification Experience Required: 18 years

Qualification: Degree in any discipline (including Engineering) AND two years full-time PG Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management, Labour/Social Welfare, IR, Social Work, Social Behavioral Science, Training & Development OR MBA with specialization in Personnel Management OR MBA/PGPM with specialization in HRD/Training & Development.

Experience: Relevant experience in any PSU/large organization dealing with Labour, Personnel, Industrial Relations & General Administration.

5. Additional Manager (Personnel) – Group A

Number of Posts: 1 (EWS)

Maximum Age: (as on 19 May 2026): 35 years

Scale of Pay (IDA): ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 (E-3 Grade)

Post-Qualification Experience Required: 9 years

Qualification & Experience: Same as DGM (Personnel) but with lower experience.

5. Assistant Manager (Security & Administration) – Group A

Post-Qualification Experience Required: 2 years

Qualification: Same as DGM (Personnel) – Degree + PG Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management, IR, Social Work, HRD, etc.

Experience: Must have relevant experience managing industrial security in Officer/Executive Cadre with Govt./PSEs/Private Organization. Adequate knowledge of fire-fighting, Estate Administration, and computer operations required.

7. Deputy Manager (Security & Administration) – Group A

Number of Posts: 1 (UR)

Maximum Age: (as on 19 May 2026): 32 years

Scale of Pay (IDA): ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (E-2 Grade)

Post-Qualification Experience Required: 5 years

Qualification & Experience: Same as Assistant Manager (Security & Admin).

8. Additional Manager (Legal) – Group A

Number of Posts: 1 (UR)

Maximum Age: (as on 19 May 2026): 35 years

Scale of Pay (IDA): ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 (E-3 Grade)

Post-Qualification Experience Required: 9 years

Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized university. Post Graduate qualification in Commercial Laws and/or Labour Laws is an added advantage.

Experience: Post-qualification experience in dealing with legal matters in industries or standing practice as a lawyer.

9. Assistant Superintendent (Mines) – Group A

Number of Posts: 1 (EWS)

Maximum Age: (as on 19 May 2026): 30 years

Scale of Pay (IDA): ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (E-1 Grade)

Post-Qualification Experience Required: 2 years

Qualification: Bachelor of Mining Engineering or equivalent AND Second Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted) for metalliferous mines. Adequate computer knowledge and exposure to latest mining software essential.

Experience: Working experience in production line of large mechanized underground metal mines or mechanized opencast mines with modern mining equipment. Must have experience leading a multidisciplinary team and achieving targets. Knowledge of mining rules/regulations and dealing with regulatory authorities essential.

10. Deputy Superintendent (Civil) – Group A

Number of Posts: 1 (SC)

Maximum Age: (as on 19 May 2026): 32 years

Scale of Pay (IDA): ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (E-2 Grade)

Post-Qualification Experience Required: 5 years

Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Experience: Post-qualification experience preferably in structural designing of industrial buildings/structures, dams, and drawing up contracts.

11. Assistant Controller of Purchase – Group A

Number of Posts: 2 (UR-1, EWS-1)

Maximum Age: (as on 19 May 2026): 30 years

Scale of Pay (IDA): ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (E-1 Grade)

Post-Qualification Experience Required: 2 years

Qualification (any one):
  • Degree in Engineering with one-year Diploma in Materials Management; OR
  • Degree in any discipline with two-year PG Degree/Diploma in Materials Management; OR
  • MBA with specialization in Materials Management.

Experience: Post-qualification experience in stores & purchase / material management / supply chain management.

12. Deputy Controller of Purchase – Group A

Number of Posts: 2 (UR-1, OBC-NCL-1)

Maximum Age: (as on 19 May 2026): 32 years

Scale of Pay (IDA): ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (E-2 Grade)

Post-Qualification Experience Required: 5 years

Qualification & Experience: Same as Assistant Controller of Purchase.

13. Deputy Manager (Medical Services) – Group A

Number of Posts: 2 (UR-1, ST-1)

Maximum Age: (as on 19 May 2026): 32 years

Scale of Pay (IDA): ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (E-2 Grade)

Experience Required: 2 years after internship

Qualification: MBBS degree recognized by Indian Medical Council.

Experience: Post-qualification relevant experience in a reputed hospital. PG degree is an added advantage.

14. Additional Superintendent (Environmental Engineering) – Group A

Post-Qualification Experience Required: 9 years

Qualification (any one):
  • Degree in Environmental Engineering; OR
  • Degree in any other branch of Engineering with PG Diploma or full-time certificate course in Environmental Engineering; OR
  • PhD in Organic/Inorganic Chemistry with PG Diploma in Environmental Engineering/Environmental Sciences.

Experience: Post-qualification experience in Environment Management in a large reputed organization. Must have knowledge of Indian Environmental Legislation, EIA/EMP, Environment Audit Process, Waste Disposal Management. Mining and processing industry experience preferred.

15. Assistant Superintendent (Industrial Engineering) – Group A

Number of Posts: 1 (UR)

Maximum Age: (as on 19 May 2026): 30 years

Scale of Pay (IDA): ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (E-1 Grade)

Post-Qualification Experience Required: 2 years

Qualification: Degree in Industrial Engineering OR Graduate in Engineering with PG qualification in Industrial Engineering.

Experience: Post-qualification experience in relevant area in any PSU/large organization.

16. Foreman (Mining) – Group D

Number of Posts: 1 (EWS)

Maximum Age: (as on 19 May 2026): 35 years

Scale of Pay (IDA): ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (E-0 Grade)

Experience Required: 5 years

Qualification: Full-time Diploma in Mining Engineering OR Diploma in Mining and Mine Surveying AND a valid Mines Foreman Certificate of Competency for metalliferous mines (unrestricted) issued by DGMS with valid First Aid certificate.

Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
  • PwBD – UR/EWS: 10 years
  • PwBD – SC/ST: 10+5 = 15 years
  • PwBD – OBC (NCL): 10+3 = 13 years
  • Domicile of J&K (1980-1989): UR/EWS: 5 yrs; OBC: 8 yrs; SC/ST: 10 yrs.
