Eligibility Criteria:
- Electrical / Mechanical / Materials: Degree in relevant Engineering discipline with minimum 60% marks and 3 years post-qualification experience.
- HR: Two-year Master’s Degree/PG in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Social Work, or related field with minimum 60% marks and 3 years post-qualification experience.
Monthly Remuneration:
- 1st year: ₹49,500 per month
- 2nd year: ₹50,700 per month
- 3rd year: ₹51,940 per month
- 4th year: ₹53,220 per month
- 5th year: ₹54,540 per month
Age Limit:
Upper age limit: 30 years (born on or after 23 April 1996)
Relaxations:
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- SC / ST: 5 years (for reserved posts)
- PwBD & Ex-servicemen: As per Government of India norms
- Maximum age after all relaxations: 45 years
