All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Guwahati, has released an advertisement for the recruitment of 02 Project Research Scientist and Technical Support posts.
AIIM Guwahati Vacancy Details:
1. Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical)
No of Posts: 01
Salary: Rs. 67,000 per month + 20% HRA (as per project norms)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Public Health/Epidemiology/Social Work/Nursing/Community or Rural Development/Psychology.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- At least one qualitative research publication in a PubMed/Scopus indexed journal with a 2-year impact factor greater than 1.0
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis software (SPSS/STATA/R etc.) - evaluated in Skills Test
- Proficiency in referencing and citation software - evaluated in Skills Test
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and related digital tools - evaluated in Skills Test
- Fluency (spoken and written) in English and Assamese
Age Limit: 35 years
2. Project Technical Support-III
No of Posts: 01
Salary: Rs. 28,000 per month + 20% HRA
Educational Qualification:
- Three Years Graduate in Public Health/Epidemiology/Social Work/Nursing/Community or Rural Development/Psychology AND Three Years' Experienc
- OR Post Graduate Degree in Public Health/Epidemiology/Social Work/Nursing/Community or Rural Development/Psychology
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Postgraduate degrees in above fields with at least six months of research project experience
- At least one year experience in community health/mental healthcare settings
- Hands-on experience with statistical and/or qualitative data analysis
- Well-versed in MS Office applications and related digital tools
- Hands-on proficiency with mobile data collection apps
- Experience in preparing and contributing to research publications
- Fluency (spoken and written) in English and Assamese
