Key Responsibilities:
✓ Supervise production activities during night shift
✓ Ensure quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
✓ Monitor production targets, manpower, and machine efficiency
✓ Maintain shift records and coordinate with management
✓ Ensure safe and compliant shop-floor operations
Requirements:
✓ Experience as Shift/Line Supervisor (Food/FMCG preferred)
✓ Strong leadership and communication skills
✓ Ability to handle night shift responsibly
