Age Limit: 21 - 30 years.
Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (IDA Pattern).
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Information Technology / Computer Science / Electronics and Communications / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence or combination of any of the above engineering branches from a recognized University / Institute.
- Candidates must have appeared in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) exam in Computer Science and Information Technology (CS) / Electronics and Communications Engineering (EC) / Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DA) discipline.

Selection Process:
1. Merit List: Based on the valid GATE 2026 Score in the relevant discipline.
2. Interview: IHML reserves the right to invite candidates for an interview based on the cut-off for respective categories.
3. Final Merit: In case of equal scores, the person older in age shall be placed higher in the merit list.
How to Apply:
1. Visit the IHMCL website: www.ihmcl.co.in
2. Click on the tab Careers → New Openings.
3. Click on the relevant Recruitment advertisement and then click 'Online application'.
4. Fill in the application form and upload the following documents:
- Photograph: Colour passport size (jpg/jpeg/png/gif, max 1 MB)
- Signature: (jpg/jpeg/png/gif, max 1 MB)
- Class X Certificate: (pdf, max 2 MB) – proof of date of birth
- Caste/Category Certificate: (pdf, max 2 MB) – if applicable
- Engineering Degree Certificate: (pdf, max 2 MB)
- GATE 2026 Score Card: (pdf, max 2 MB) – enter the GATE Score as mentioned in the official scorecard (range: 0 to 1000)
5. Click "Submit" to finalize the application.
6. A Unique Reference Number will be generated, and an Application Acknowledgement will be sent to the registered email ID.
7. Keep a copy of the Application Acknowledgement for future reference.
