The District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Charaideo, Assam, has released an advertisement for the recruitment of 02 Information Assistant posts.

Name of Post: Information Assistant

Remuneration: ₹16,590 per month (fixed)
Educational Qualification: A Graduate degree or equivalent from a recognized University. Preference will be given to candidates with 2-5 years of experience working in DEOCs.
Computer Skills: At least a 6-month Certificate/Diploma in Computer Application OR proven skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Surfing, Assamese Typing) supported by work experience.
Language: Fluency in spoken and written Assamese and English is mandatory.
Domicile: The candidate must be a resident of Charaideo district.
Age Limit: 21 to 35 years as on 1st January 2026. Age relaxation is available for SC/ST candidates as per rules.
