Name of Post: TOT-Trained Trainer / Master Trainer (Jacquard Handloom Weaver)
Educational Qualification:
- Valid TOT (Training of Trainers) certification relevant to the Jacquard Handloom Weaver job role/trade
- Demonstrable practical knowledge and experience in Jacquard Handloom Weaving
- Experience in conducting theoretical as well as practical training sessionsKnowledge of Jacquard loom operation, loom setting, threading, card punching, pattern creation, and troubleshooting
- Ability to guide trainees in practical work and prepare them for assessment and certification
- Preference may be given to candidates having prior experience in Government-sponsored skill development/training programmes and working with handloom/weaver communities
