Compensation: Negotiable based on the candidate's suitability and experience.
Educational Qualification: Graduate or equivalent degree from a reputed Government-recognized University and must be CAIIB.
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in banking or financial services.
- Out of this, a minimum of 5 years must be in Audit, Finance, Compliance, Legal, or Risk Management functions.
- Risk Management functions also include control functions within the bank.
Desirable: Additional qualifications such as Ph.D.
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 40 years
- Maximum Age: 55 years
