Salary & Perks: ₹30,000/month fixed (incl. statutory deductions; taxes per IT Act). Annual increments + performance bonuses for sales stars. Leaves follow GDS rules (paid by IPPB); counts as DoP service for seniority/benefits. No bonus/allowances beyond this.
Age Limit:
20-35 years (as on 01.08.2025) – no relaxations mentioned for reserved categories here, but check guidelines.
