Educational Qualification:

Candidates must possess:

• A first-class B.E. / B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering
• A basic MOOC Certification in Public Procurement issued by the Finance Department, Government of Assam

Required Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in public procurement for and/or on behalf of the Government of Assam is mandatory. Applicants should also have adequate hands-on experience in handling e-procurement systems and GeM (Government e-Marketplace).
