1. Sr. Manager/ Manager (Organic & Agri Business)
No of Posts: 01
Educational Qualification & Experience: B.Sc/M.Sc in Agriculture or an MBA in Agri-Business. Candidates need a minimum of 7 years of experience for the Manager role and 10 years for the Senior Manager role in commodity sourcing, agribusiness, or the organic value chain.
2. Manager/ Deputy Manager - Marketing & Sales (Ambient Segment)
No of Posts: 02
Educational Qualification & Experience: Post-graduate in Marketing with 5-7 years of experience in the dairy, FMCG, or retail sector, preferably within the North East region.
3. Manager/ Deputy Manager - Marketing & Sales (Frozen Segment)
No of Posts: 02
Educational Qualification & Experience: Post-graduates with 5-7 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years specifically in the frozen or ice-cream business.
4. Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager - Marketing & Sales (Fresh Segment)
No of Posts: 03
Educational Qualification & Experience: Requires a marketing post-graduate degree with 3-5 years of experience in the fresh dairy/FMCG segment, including at least one year of team management experience.
5. Assistant - Sales & Distribution
No of Posts: 16
Educational Qualification & Experience: Graduates from any discipline with at least one year of experience in sales and distribution within the dairy, FMCG, or retail sector. There are multiple vacancies for this role.
6. Assistant - Marketing & Branding
No of Posts: 01
Educational Qualification & Experience: Graduates with one year of experience in marketing or branding. Even freshers with strong knowledge of retail branding, digital marketing, and sales promotions are encouraged to apply.
Selection Process:
The selection will involve a multi-stage process including Document Verification, a Written Test, and a Personal Interview.
