1. Field Engineer (Civil)
No. of posts: 6
Qualification: Full-time BE/BTech/BSc (Engg) in Civil from an AICTE-recognized institute (min. 60% marks or equivalent; 50% for SC/ST/PwBD if reserved). Or AMIE (enrollment by 31.05.2013) with 60%. Plus 2 years post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

2. Field Engineer (Electrical)
No. of posts: 2
Qualification: Similar qualifications in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Power Systems/Power Engineering.
Experience: 2 years in the relevant field.
3. Medical Officer
No. of posts: 1
Qualification: MBBS with valid registration (no min. percentage; pass marks eligible).
Experience: 2 years post-internship (excluding PG/courses). Foreign degrees must be MCI/NMC-recognized with FMGE scores for shortlisting.
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed monthly emoluments of Rs. 1,00,000/- for all posts. Plus perks like conveyance reimbursement, communication expenses, traveling allowance (TA), medical benefits, leaves, and more as per NHPC's contract rules.
Age Limit:
Maximum 35 years. Relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), 10 years for PwBD (General), up to 15 years for PwBD (SC/ST), 5 years for J&K domiciles (1980-1989), and as per ex-servicemen rules.
Application Fees:
- UR/EWS/OBC (NCL): Rs. 500/- + taxes (total Rs. 590/-). Extra bank charges apply.
- SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-SM/Women: No fee.
