Eligibility Criteria:

• Postgraduate degree with a minimum 55% marks (or equivalent grade) from a recognized university.
• M.Ed. degree with a minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.
• Ph.D. in Education or in a relevant discipline.
• At least 8 years of teaching experience in a secondary TEI.
• Good administrative ability, leadership qualities, and experience in institutional development are preferable.
