Other Eligibility Criteria of Tezpur University Recruitment 2024
Age Limit:
- Registrar: Preferably below 57 years
- Internal Audit Officer: Not exceeding 56 years
- Deputy Registrar: Not exceeding 50 years
- Assistant Registrar: Not exceeding 40 years
- Assistant, Laboratory Assistant, Junior Accountant, Upper Division Clerk, Lower Division Clerk, Multi-Tasking Staff: Not exceeding 32 years
Educational Qualifications:
- Registrar: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks and 15 years of administrative or academic experience.
- Internal Audit Officer: Officers from Audit and Accounts Services or equivalent with relevant experience.
- Deputy Registrar: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks and 5 years of experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent.
- Assistant Registrar: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks.
- Assistant: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in relevant field.
- Laboratory Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Physics and 2 years of experience with scientific instruments.
- Junior Accountant: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
- Upper Division Clerk: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
- Lower Division Clerk: Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in typing and computer operations.
- Multi-Tasking Staff: 10th pass or ITI.
Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) for the post of Registrar and 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) for the other posts. SC/ST/PWD categories are exempted.
