1. Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)
No of Posts: 5
Subjects: Mathematics (2 posts), Hindi (1 post), Sanskrit (1 post), English (1 post)
Contract Type: Fixed Term (up to four academic sessions)
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks in the relevant subject(s).
- B.Ed. from an NCTE-recognized institution with minimum 50% marks.
- CTET/TET qualification is mandatory.
- Proficiency in teaching in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of computer applications.
Age Limit (as of April 1, 2026):
- Fresh candidates: Below 40 years
- Experienced candidates: 40–55 years (with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the last 10 years)
2. Primary Teacher (PRT)

Contract Type: Fixed Term (up to four academic sessions)
Eligibility:
- Graduate with at least 50% marks.
- B.El.Ed./D.El.Ed. or relevant B.Ed. with Bridge Course for existing APS teachers.
- CTET/TET qualification required.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi teaching.
- Computer knowledge essential.

3. Computer Teacher
No of Posts: 01
Contract Type: Term-based (4 years)
Eligibility:
- BCA, B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT, or Graduation with DOEACC ‘A’ Level.
- B.Ed. with 50% marks from an NCTE-recognized institution.
- Proficiency in teaching in English and Hindi.
Age Limit: Same as above.
4. Music Teacher (Western Instrumental)

Contract Type: Term-based (4 years)
Eligibility:
- MA in Music or BA with Diploma/Certificate in Music.
- Must be proficient in playing Western musical instruments.

5. Special Educator

Contract Type: Term-based (4 years)
Eligibility:
- Graduate with B.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. General with a Diploma in Special Education.
- Training as per CBSE/AWES norms.
