Stipend: Rate of stipend payable to apprentices per month shall be as prescribed under Apprentices Act, 1961/1973/ Apprentices Rules 1992 (as amended) and Corporation’s guidelines.
Age Limit:
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 24 years for General/EWS candidates (as on 30 June 2026)
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years

Step I: Registration on NAPS/NATS Portal
For Codes 101, 102, 103, 108, 109, 110 & 111 (NAPS Portal):
- Register on https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
- Search for "IOCL Bongaigaon Refinery" and apply against the respective trade.
For Codes 104, 105, 106 & 107 (NATS Portal):
- Register on https://nats.education.gov.in
- Apply against the advertisement notified by Guwahati Refinery/IOCL Bongaigaon Refinery.

Step II: Fill Microsoft Forms
After applying on NAPS/NATS, candidates must fill in their details in the Microsoft Form available on the IOCL website.
