Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) has recently invited applications from eligible and intending candidates for the recruitment of a Procurement Associate Vacancy.

Salary: Rs. 30000/- to 45000/- per month and will be fixed during negotiations.
Age Limit: Max 32 years of age as on 01/01/2025.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- A first class B.E./B.Tech, preferably Civil Engineering with basic MOOC Certification in Public Procurement issued by Finance Department, Government of Assam.
- A minimum of two (02) years experience in public procurement for and/or on behalf of Government of Assam. Must have adequate experience handling procurement systems and GeM.
How to Apply for GMC Guwahati Recruitment ?
1. Download the application format as provided in the Terms of Reference (ToR) from the GMC website: gmc.assam.gov.in.
2. Fill in the application form completely as per the prescribed format. Deviation in format may lead to rejection.
3. Attach self-attested copies of all relevant testimonials, including:
- Educational qualification certificates and mark sheets
- Experience certificates
- Age proof (Birth Certificate / 10th Certificate)
- Training certificates (if any)
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
4. The complete application along with certificates shall not exceed 20 pages (6 pages for the application and 14 pages for self-attested certificates).
5. Submit the duly filled application form along with all required enclosures in the Drop Box kept at the Personnel Branch, Guwahati Municipal Corporation, Betkuchi, Guwahati, on or before 18th July 2026, up to 5:00 PM.
