Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Ministry of Railways, Govt. of India has recently invited applications from eligible and intending candidates for the recruitment of 434 Para-Medical Categories Vacancies in various RRBs under Centralized Employment Notification (CEN) No. 03/2025.

Pay scale: Level 2 to 7 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix plus other allowances as admissible.

Educational Qualification:

Nursing Superintendent: Registered Nurse & Midwife with 3-year GNM diploma or B.Sc. Nursing (INC-recognized). Special concessions apply for ANMs, Midwives & B-grade Nurses.

Dialysis Technician: B.Sc. + Diploma in Haemodialysis OR 2 years’ in-house dialysis training in a reputed institution.

Health & Malaria Inspector Gr-II: B.Sc. (Chemistry as main/optional) + 1-year Diploma OR NTC in Health/Sanitary Inspector.

Pharmacist (Entry Grade): 10+2 in Science + Diploma in Pharmacy (registered) OR B.Pharma (registered under Pharmacy Act).

Radiographer/X-Ray Technician: 10+2 (Physics & Chemistry) + 2-year Diploma in Radiography/X-Ray Technology. Science graduates with a diploma preferred.

ECG Technician: 10+2/Graduate in Science + 1-year or more Certificate/Diploma/Degree in ECG/Cardiology Technology from a reputed institute.

Laboratory Assistant Gr-II: 10+2 in Science + 1-year or more Diploma/Certificate in Medical Lab Technology (full-time, recognized institute).

Age Limit:

Age Limit: The Age limit as on 01-01-2026 is as mentioned below.

 

• Nursing Superintendent: 20-40 years
• Dialysis Technician: 20-33  years
• Health & Malaria Inspector Gr II: 18-33 years 
• Pharmacist (Entry Grade): 20-35 years 
• Radiographer X-Ray Technician: 19-33 years 
• ECG Technician: 18-33 years
• Laboratory Assistant Grade II: 18-33 years

 

Age Relaxation:

• OBC-NCL: 3 years
• SC/ST: 5 years
• PwBD - UR & EWS: 10 years
• PwBD - OBC/NCL: 13 years
• PwBD - SC & ST: 15 years
