Pay Scale: ₹55,200 - 99,750 over 16 years.

Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate/Graduate in any discipline /MBA /PGDBM/B.Tech/Chartered Accountant (CA)/Cost Accountant (CWA)/LLB

2. Assistant Manager (Grade A)

No of posts: 04

Pay Scale: Pay scale: ₹44,500 - 89,150 over 17 years.

Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate/Graduate in any discipline /MBA /PGDBM/B.Tech/Chartered Accountant (CA)/Cost Accountant (CWA)/LLB

Age Limit (as of March 31, 2025):

• Manager (Grade B): Maximum 40 years.
• Assistant Manager (Grade A): Maximum 30 years.

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years extra.
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years extra.
• PwBD (Unreserved/EWS): 10 years extra.
• PwBD (OBC): 13 years extra.
• PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years extra.
• Ex-Servicemen: 5 years extra.
• IPL employees: 5 years extra on top of their category relaxation.

• SC/ST PwBD/Women: Rs. 100/-
• Others (including UR/EWS/OBC): Rs. 600/-
• Employees of IIFCL: NIL
