Assam Cricket Association has recently announced an employment notification for recruiting Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Video Analysts, Mental Health Conditioning Coach, and Masseur Vacancy.
Applications are invited from experienced and eligible candidates for engagement as Coaches and other
technical staff for various age groups for the Assam State Cricket Team, as mentioned herein below, for
the BCCI Domestic season 2026-27.

Name of Posts:
- Head Coach for Assam Under-23, Under-19, and Under-16 Teams (Men)
- Head Coach for Assam Senior, Under-23, Under-19, and Under-15 Teams (Women)
- Assistant Coaches / Trainers / Physiotherapists for Assam Senior, Under-23, Under-19, and Under-16 Teams (Men)
- Assistant Coaches / Trainers / Physiotherapists for Assam Senior, Under-23, Under-19, and Under-15 Teams (Women)
- Video Analysts (Men & Women): Senior, Under-23 & Under-19 Teams
- Mental Conditioning Coach / Sports Psychologist (Men & Women Teams)
- Masseur / Sports Massage Therapist (Senior Men & Women Teams)
Remuneration & Perks: Negotiable.
Educational Qualification:
- Head Coach: Professionally qualified candidates with a minimum of 5 (five) years of coaching experience with State Cricket Teams (Men) and 3 (three) years with State Cricket Teams (Women).
- Assistant Coaches / Trainers / Physiotherapists: Professionally qualified candidates with at least 3 (three) years of experience in handling State Cricket Teams (Men) and 2 (two) years for Women’s teams.
- Video Analyst: Candidates must be qualified BCCI-certified Analysts with on-field experience in at least 3 (three) BCCI matches.
- Mental Health Conditioning Coach: Professionally qualified candidates with relevant experience in sports psychology / mental conditioning.
- Masseur / Sports Massage Therapist: Professionally qualified candidates with relevant experience in sports massage therapy.
Selection Process:
- Selection will be based on scrutiny of applications followed by a personal interview.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be notified via email regarding the date, time, and venue of the interview.
