Post Name: Generalist Officer (Scale II)
Employment Type: Permanent
No of Posts: 500 (UR: 203, SC: 75, ST: 37, OBC: 135, EWS: 50, PwBD: 15)
Pay Scale: ₹64,820–93,960 (plus DA, HRA, medical allowances, etc.).
Probation: 6 months with a ₹2 lakh service bond for 2 years.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (60% marks; 55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) or CA. Professional qualifications like CMA/CFA/ICWA are desirable.
Experience: 3 years as an officer in any Scheduled Public/Private Sector Bank, preferably in credit/branch management.
Age Limit: 22–35 years (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per norms).
Selection Process:
1. Online Exam:
- Sections: English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and Professional Knowledge (Banking & Management).
- Total Marks: 150 (Duration: 2 hours).
2. Interview: 100 marks (1:3 ratio based on exam ranking).
3. Final Score: 75% exam + 25% interview.
