The District Social Welfare Office, Lakhimpur (DSWO Lakhimpur), has recently announced an employment notification for the recruitment of 06 Resident Superintendents, Office Assistants, Multi-Purpose Staff, Cooks, and Security Guards on a contractual basis at Shakti Sadan, Lakhimpur, under Mission Shakti, a flagship initiative of the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India.

1. Resident Superintendent
No of Posts: 01
Salary: ₹21,000/month
Eligibility: Master’s in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Social Science, or Psychology + 5 years’ experience in women-related work (administrative setup). Preference to local residents and those with counselling experience.
2. Office Assistant
No of Posts: 01
Salary: ₹17,000/month
Eligibility: Graduate with 3 years’ experience in office documentation and computer proficiency (govt/NGO experience preferred).
3. Multi-purpose Staff
No of Posts: 01
Salary: ₹10,500/month
Eligibility: Literate; High School pass or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in relevant social work is an advantage.
4. Cook
No of Posts: 02
Salary: ₹10,500/month
Eligibility: Literate with cooking experience; High School pass or equivalent preferred.
5. Security Guard / Night Guard
No of Posts: 01
Salary: ₹9,000/month
Eligibility: HSLC or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in security roles (govt/reputed org). Retired military/paramilitary personnel preferred.
