Location: State Mission Office, Guwahati
Employment Type: Contractual
Pay Scale: ₹30,000 - ₹1,10,000 per month, with a Grade Pay of ₹13,300.
Contract Duration: Initially for 11 months. This is a contractual role with no provision for future regularization.

Other Eligibility Criteria:
Nationality: Indian Citizen
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 62 years old as of January 1, 2025.
Educational Qualification: A Postgraduate degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Care, Psychology, Education, Social Sciences, or Development Studies.
- A B.Ed. degree from a recognized university.
- A Degree or Diploma in Pre-Primary Education.
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in development or social sector projects.
- At least 4 years of direct experience in managing projects related to pre-primary or foundational stage education.
- Prior experience in mission-mode early childhood projects is an advantage.
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework for the Foundational Stage (NCF-FS).
- Hands-on experience in child-centric pedagogy, teacher training, and program management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience in policy analysis and report preparation.
Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview. The selection will be based on performance in areas like General Awareness, Subject Knowledge, Relevant Experience, and Aptitude. Candidates must score a minimum of 50% to be considered.
