1. Quality Expert [Quality and Pedagogy]
Number of Vacancies: 01
Age Limit: 18 to 62 years as on 1st January 2026.
Project: World Bank supported "Supporting School Education in Assam"
Monthly Fixed Remuneration: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,50,000/-
Contract Duration: Purely temporary, initially for 11 months.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Engineering or Commerce graduate with MBA or Master's degree/Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years duration) in any discipline from any Government recognized university/institution
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in project procurement and contract management
- Experience of procurement rules of the World Bank/Externally Aided Project (EAP)
- Proven experience in preparing procurement plans, bid documents, preparing evaluation reports and contracts as per Bank SBD
- Thorough knowledge of procurement through GeM and Assamtenders
- Ability to upload bids on GeM and Assamtenders
- Thorough knowledge of GFR, Assam Public Procurement Act 2017, Assam Public Procurement Rule 2020, CVC Guidelines

2. Procurement Specialist
Number of Vacancies: 01
Age Limit: 18 to 45 years as on 1st January 2026.
Project: World Bank-supported "Supporting School Education in Assam"
Monthly Fixed Remuneration: Rs. 1,20,000 to Rs. 1,50,000/-
Contract Duration: Purely temporary, initially for 11 months.
Educational Qualification & Experience:

Selection Process:
- Only eligible candidates will be called for the test/interview

- Minimum qualifying marks: 50% of the total marks in the interview
- Candidates must be in good mental and bodily health, free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient discharge of duties
