1. General Manager (HR & Admin)
Number of Posts: 01
Qualifications: Master’s Degree / Postgraduate in Business Administration with specialization in HRM or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 15 years in HRM/Personnel Management and Office Administration. Experience in externally aided projects preferred.
Monthly Remuneration: ₹1,50,000
Age Limit: No age bar for deserving candidates.
2. General Manager (Urban Reforms)
Number of Posts: 01
Qualifications: MBA (IT/Marketing) or equivalent. Preference for degrees/diplomas in Public Policy, Public Administration, or Urban Planning. PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
Experience: At least 15 years in urban governance, public sector reforms, or project management, including 5 years leading large-scale tech/reforms projects.
Monthly Remuneration: ₹1,50,000
Age Limit: No age bar for deserving candidates.
3. Deputy General Manager (Procurement)
Number of Posts: 01
Qualifications: First-class graduate in Civil Engineering or relevant field with advanced certification in Public Procurement. Must have MOOC Certification in Public Procurement from Govt. of Assam.
Experience: Minimum 8 years in public procurement for Government of Assam, with experience in EAP/MDB-funded projects.
Monthly Remuneration: ₹1,30,000
Age Limit: No age bar for deserving candidates.
