Central Coalfields Limited (CCL), a Maharatna PSU under Coal India Limited, is recruiting 1,180 apprentices across diverse trades under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) & National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).

Trade-Wise Breakdown: ITI & Diploma Apprentices (Section A & B):
Stipend: ₹7,000/month for most; duration 1 year.
These roles focus on technical trades.
- Electrician: 300 posts (ITI Electrician pass) – Start: 01.08.2025
- Fitter: 150 posts (ITI Fitter pass) – Start: 01.08.2025
- Welder (Gas & Electric): 35 posts (ITI Welder pass) – Start: 27.07.2025
- Motor Mechanic: 15 posts (ITI Motor Mechanic pass) – Start: CCL-specific
- Diesel Mechanic: 10 posts (ITI Diesel Mechanic pass) – Start: CCL-specific
- Electronics Mechanic: 5 posts (ITI Electronics Mechanic pass) – Start: CCL-specific
- Laboratory Assistant (Chemical): 5 posts (ITI Lab Asst. pass) – Start: CCL-specific
Eligibility: 10th pass + relevant ITI (NCVT/SCVT).
Age: 18-24 years (relaxations: +5 SC/ST, +3 OBC, +10 PWD). Reservations apply per govt norms.
Technical Trades: ITI-Based Apprentices (Section C):
Stipend: ₹7,000-₹8,000/month based on trade.
Hands-on for workshop & maintenance roles.
- Medical Lab Technician: 15 posts (ITI MLT pass) – Start: 01.08.2025
- Junior Mechanic (Mining Machinery): 8 posts (ITI relevant) – Start: 18.07.2025
- Radiographer (X-Ray): 2 posts (ITI Radiographer pass) – Start: CCL-specific
- Laboratory Technician (Pathology): 2 posts (ITI Lab Tech pass) – Start: CCL-specific
- Laboratory Technician (Biochemistry): 5 posts (ITI Lab Tech pass) – Start: 01.08.2025
- Surveyor: 5 posts (ITI Surveyor pass) – Start: 01.08.2025
- Wireman: 5 posts (ITI Wireman pass) – Start: 01.01.2026
- Multimedia & Web Designer: 10 posts (ITI Multimedia pass) – Start: 01.08.2025

Stipend: ₹8,000-₹9,000/month; 1-year training.
For diploma/degree holders in engineering.

- Technician Apprentice (Electrical Engg.): 30 posts (Diploma Electrical) – Start: 2025
- Graduate Apprentice (Mechanical Engg.): 100 posts (B.E./B.Tech Mechanical) – Start: 2025
- Technician Apprentice (Mechanical Engg.): 30 posts (Diploma Mechanical) – Start: 2025
- Graduate Apprentice (Mining Engg.): 30 posts (B.E./B.Tech Mining) – Start: 2025
- Technician Apprentice (Mining Engg.): 20 posts (Diploma Mining) – Start: 2025
- Graduate Apprentice (Civil Engg.): 28 posts (B.E./B.Tech Civil) – Start: 2025
Eligibility: Relevant degree/diploma with min 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PWD).
Age: 18-28 years (relaxations apply).
Selection Process:
Merit-based on marks; document verification. No interview for most.
