Post Name: Field Officer (Disaster Management)
Number of Vacancies: 1
Location: Revenue Circle Office, Lakhimpur, Assam
Salary: Fixed monthly remuneration of ₹28,500/-
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Science with Statistics, Geography, Environmental Science, or Geology as a subject, OR
Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognized university/institution.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and email is required.
Preference will be given to candidates with a BCA or equivalent computer science qualification.
Age Limit (as of 01-01-2025):
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 35 years
- (Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST candidates as per government rules)
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected through an interview process. The total marks are distributed as follows:
- Graduation/Diploma Marks: 50
- Knowledge of Disaster Management Issues: 20
- Computer Knowledge: 20
- Attitude & Personality: 10
