1. PGT (Physics, Mathematics)
Educational Qualification:
- Two years’ Integrated Post Graduate Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject;
- Master Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the relevant subjects
- B.Ed. or equivalent degree from NCTE recognized university with at least 50%
- marks
- 3 years Integrated B.Ed-M.Ed from NCTE recognized university with at least 50% marks
- 4 years Integrated degree with at least 50% marks from NCTE recognized university including B.Ed
- 3. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English medium.
2. PGT (Computer Science)
Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc (Computer Science/IT)/ MCA from a recognized University with atleast 50% marks
- M.E or M. Tech. (Computer Science/IT) from a recognized University/Institution with at least 50% marks
- 2. B.Ed Degree from NCTE recognized institution/University with at least 50% marks
- Three years Integrated B.Ed-M.Ed from NCTE recognized university with at least 50% marks
- Four years Integrated degree with at least 50% marks from NCTE recognized university
- including B.Ed Component
3. TGT (Maths, Social Science)
Educational Qualification:
- Four years’ Integrated degree course from NCTE recognized university with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject as well as in the aggregate including B.Ed Component ;
- Bachelors/Honours Degree from a recognised University with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject combination of Subjects and also in aggregate
- B.Ed Degree from NCTE recognised University/Institution with at least 50% marks
- Three year integrated B.Ed – M.Ed from NCTE recognised Institution with at least 50%
- marks.
- One year B.Ed (Special Education) from Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) with atleast 50% marks.
- Qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibilty Test (Paper II) conducted by the Government of India.
- Competence to teach through English and Hindi languages.
3. TGT (Special Educator)
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation Degree from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 50% marks.
- Any of the following from recognized University/Institute
- B.Ed (Special Education) with at least 50% marks
- B.Ed (General) with atleast 50% marks alongwith one year Diploma in Special Education
- B.Ed (General) with atleast 50% marks alongwith two years Diploma in Special Education
- B.Ed (General) with atleast 50% marks alongwith Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education (PGPD)
- B.Ed (General) with atleast 50% marks alongwith Post Graduate Professional Certificate in Special Education (PGPC)
- PG Diploma in Special Education (Mental Retardation)
- PG Diploma in Special Education (Multiple Disability, Physical and Neurological)
- PG Diploma in Special Education (Locomotor impairment and Cerebral)
- Secondary Level Teacher Training Course in Visual Impairment
- Senior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf
- B.A B.Ed with at least 50% marks in visual impairment
- Any other equivalent qualification approved by RCI
- Qualified in Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) (Elementary Stage) conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Relaxation upto 5 percent in the qualifying marks shall be allowed to the candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC/PwBD in CTET
- Registration with Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) with valid CRR number.
- Proficiency to teach in Hindi and English
5. TGT (Assamese)
Educational Qualification:
Equivalent to PRT qualification and as per KVS rules. Assamese language must be studied up to class 12th. Proficient in teaching in English and Hindi languages
6. Vocational Instructor
Educational Qualification:
- B.E. OR B.Tech. in Electronic & Communication Engineering
- Minimum One year Experience in the relevant field.
7. Counsellor
Educational Qualification:
B.A./B. Sc. in Psychology from a recognized University by UGC with Certificate Diploma in Counseling
8. PRT
Educational Qualification:
- Senior Secondary/Higher Secondary with at least 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
- Senior Secondary/Higher Secondary/Intermediate(Class XII) with at least 50% marks or its equivalent and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) from Recognized Institution/Board
- Senior Secondary/Higher Secondary/Intermediate/Class XII with at least 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Education (Special Education) from RCI
- Qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility test Paper – I conducted by the Govt. of India
- Proficiency to teach through Hindi & English medium
How to Apply:
Eligible candidates may attend the walk-in interview on 4 July 2026 at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Mangaldoi. Registration will be held from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Candidates must bring the prescribed application form, original documents, and self-attested copies of all relevant certificates.
